Ten Commandments of Computer Ethics:

1.Thou Shalt Not Use A Computer To Harm Other People.

2.Thou Shalt Not Interfere With Other People’s Computer Work.

3.Thou Shalt Not Snoop Around In Other People’s Computer Files.

4.Thou Shalt Not Use A Computer To Steal.

5.Thou Shalt Not Use A Computer To Bear False Witness.

6.Thou Shalt Not Copy Or Use Proprietary Software For Which You have Not Paid.

7.Thou Shalt Not Use Other People’s Computer Resources Without Authorization Or Proper Compensation.

8.Thou Shalt Not Appropriate Other People’s Intellectual Output.

9.Thou Shalt Think About The Social Consequences Of The Program You Are Writing Or The System You Are Designing.

10.Thou Shalt Always Use A Computer In Ways That Insure Consideration And Respect For Your Fellow Humans.

  • Do you agree with all the 10 Commandments of Computer Ethics above?

Yes I do truly agree with all the 10 commandments of Computer Ethics that have been stated above because they clearly show and control users of how to use computers in the right way as i believe that privacy is a vital important matter for each individual using a computer, so rules like these need to be put forward so that users can easily know what is right and what is wrong.

  • Which do you disagree with (if any)?

I do not disagree with any of the 10 commandments of computer ethics because each commandment clearly makes sense to the user of how a computer should actually be used.

  • Do you think they leave anything important out, if so explain what?

No they do not leave anything important out the important ones are cleary stated and they are easily understandable.

  • What is not covered above that should be covered?

The important ones are all covered and they are easy to understand and straight forward.
